From the start, our dedicated program liaisons guide the way, ensuring the admissions process is smooth and efficient. They confirm Mission Act Community Care eligibility and check benefits under the Veterans Community Care Program (VCCP).
This skilled team, knowledgeable in Veterans Affairs (VA) processes, also manages communication with VA caseworkers and medical professionals. We ensure seamless care coordination throughout your treatment journey, including discharge planning and ongoing care.

Outpatient Addiction Treatment
From PHP to IOP to individual and group therapy sessions, Bradford at Madison offers Outpatient Addiction Treatment Programs at every level. We offer convenient morning and evening outpatient sessions, helping you stay engaged in home and work responsibilities while participating in treatment.
Bradford at Madison Alumni Community
Bradford’s Alumni Program offers fellowship and support through a strong community of peers and friends in recovery, helping to bridge the gap between treatment and a rewarding life of sobriety through resources, advocacy, and opportunities for social connection.
Continuing Care Program
Continued commitment and accountability is the key to long-term success, which is why all patients have the opportunity to participate in ongoing support groups led by a dedicated Bradford facilitator for up to two years after completing a treatment program.
