What is a typical day like?

Typically, our programs include six and a half days per week of organized therapy and supervised personal time. Every patient joins group therapy and has individual therapy sessions.

Depending on the program, there might be extra types of treatment like adventure-based therapy, group meetings about spirituality, information on overcoming chemical dependency, and sessions focusing on specific recovery aspects. It’s important for everyone to regularly attend 12-step meetings as part of the program.
